Overview:
As a Navy Clinical Psychologist, you’ll provide essential mental health services to Sailors, Marines, and their families while serving in a dynamic and mission-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments, evaluations, and diagnoses
- Provide individual and group therapy across diverse populations
- Support operational readiness by addressing mental health needs of active-duty personnel
- Collaborate with medical teams, commanders, and support staff
- Participate in research, training, and leadership development opportunities
Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an accredited program
- Completion of an APA-accredited internship
- U.S. citizenship (required for commissioning)
- Eligibility for state licensure (or currently licensed)
