I primary serve as a finance executive parter for PE portfolio companies to help build out the finance and strategy function to ensure we execute the PE’s investment thesis. As a Strategic Finance Leader, I am responsible for helping drive companies’ growth and value-creation strategy. I lead a team of professionals who partner with the executive leadership and the business units to provide strategic insights, financial modeling, and decision support. I have over 10 years of experience in strategic finance, management consulting, and investment banking, working across diverse industries such as life sciences, technology, and financial services. I have successfully executed and integrated multiple M&A transactions, ranging from $50M to $5B, and delivered financial and operational synergies. I have also developed and implemented robust financial frameworks and tools to optimize performance, capital allocation, and risk management. I hold a CPA certification, a data science certificate from Harvard University, and an MBA in finance from Boston University. I am passionate about leveraging data and technology to solve complex business problems and create value for stakeholders. I am also committed to giving back to the community and supporting social causes.
