Hello! My name is Meaghan and I am a radically empathetic HR leader who is passionate about employee engagement and process improvement. I’ve worked across several industries, from med tech, pharmaceuticals, retail, and now city government. I graduated from Merrimack in 2016 with a double major in Psychology and Interpersonal Communication, with a concentration in Conflict Management.
In my personal life, I live in Utica, NY with my husband and our two cats. I love to crochet, read, and try new recipes.
