As the Career Pathways and Community Partnerships Coordinator at Aspire Developmental Services, I oversee student placements, internships, volunteer engagement, and professional development initiatives that strengthen our workforce pipeline and elevate the learning experience across the organization. I coach and mentor emerging professionals while supporting staff and field supervisors in creating meaningful, high-impact learning opportunities. Before joining Aspire, I spent more than a decade in higher education, specializing in academic advising, student success coaching, first-generation college student initiatives, and programs designed to support students traditionally labeled “at-risk.” My work has centered on building structures that empower learners to persist, grow, and achieve their academic and professional goals. I am committed to workforce development, experiential learning, and community partnership building, all of which drive my passion for helping individuals discover their strengths and thrive in their professional paths. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Public and Professional Writing from Merrimack College where I received the O’Brien-Lynn Scholarship, and a Master of Education in Higher Education in Student Affairs from Salem State University, where I received the Leila V. Moore Award for exemplifying the high standards demonstrated by Dr. Leila V. Moore throughout her career in Student Affairs.
