- Ease Veteran’s and Veteran affiliates registration/transfer and transition processes
- Educate faculty members (certifying officials) on proper VA billing / Terminology
- Support Veteran / Veteran affiliates with proper steps to VA care and benefits not explained upon exiting the military
- Explain and simplify VA claim submission stressors through the use of local VSO (Veteran Services Officer)
- Offer group activities/volunteering opportunities so students can get to know and understand Veterans better, and Veterans can integrate and meet other students
