At Workplace Financial Advisors, we’re committed to redefining financial advisory services. We provide straightforward, turnkey solutions to underserved marketplaces. The ideal individual seeks to grow and service a financial planning practice by committing to a training program designed by a senior financial planning team.

Responsibilities:

Engage potential clients by setting appointments from proven WPFA marketing systems.

Assess clients’ financial needs and craft personalized financial plans aligned with their goals with continued support and monitoring of their financial progress.

Access to leading industry software (Morningstar Advisor Workstation, Envestnet Money Guide, E-Money, Firelight, DocuSign, Microsoft Office, etc.)

Executing financial management strategies on the Charles Schwab platform by reviewing and understanding stock, ETF, and mutual fund trades.

Qualifications:

A degree in business, economics, or marketing field(s).

Capacity and willingness to obtain necessary licenses and qualifications during designated time frames.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships.

Capability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage tasks efficiently.

Ability to clear regulatory background check(s).
