Who You Are:
BA or BS and at least one year of experience in the mental health field required; two years in the field preferred. First Aid, CPR, and MAP certification within three months of hire required. Skilled in the use of Microsoft Outlook within three months of hire required. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
What You Will Do:
Responsible for delivering recovery-oriented, evidenced-based, trauma informed clinical interventions as identified on Persons’ treatment plan with supervision from clinical staff. Very mobile position traveling to provide support in communities surrounding Bedford, MA Maintains a caseload of Persons Served who lives in independent settings.

A dedicated team of professionals who have chosen to join an organization with a forty year history of serving people with mental illness, developmental disabilities, brain injury and autism in the community. When we are not at work, we love to hike, bike, craft, read, shop and sing opera, among many other things! Our staff of 350 have range of interests and skills and we know you do too! At work, we are psychiatrists, social workers, nurses, behavior specialists, board certified behavior analysts, peer specialist, clinicians, direct service staff and employment specialists.
