At Talent Retriever, we recruit for all types of positions in sales, marketing, customer service, accounting and finance, tech, and more. You’ll have the opportunity to be exposed to new types of positions and gain a wider understanding of what jobs and career paths are out there.
Recruiting experience is not required to join our North Andover team, even after graduation!

Responsibilities:
- Finding candidates to help fill professional business positions using LinkedIn to source and send direct, targeted messages.
- Managing candidate pipelines for current requisitions.
- Creating messaging to send to target candidates.
- Reviewing job applicants on LinkedIn and Indeed.
- Scheduling interviews for our team of recruiters.
- Opportunities to interface with our clients to support their hiring process.
- Note: There is no cold calling of any clients or businesses!
