2025-2026 Catholic School Teacher Opening
St. Francis School, Litchfield, NH

St. Francis School is seeking an enthusiastic teacher to join our outstanding faculty for the 2025-2026 School Year.

St. Francis School is a growing PK-3 to Grade 6 school located in the beautiful community of Litchfield, New Hampshire. Unique to our school is a 15-acre campus complete with hiking trails, an outdoor classroom, and a small farm.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
  • Manage classroom behavior and foster a positive learning environment.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress in literacy and math, providing individualized support as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding academic performance and social development.
  • Participate in professional development and collaborate with colleagues to improve educational practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (if candidate is not licensed , but the right fit, we will help them to obtain a teaching license)
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement engaging lesson plans
  • Knowledge of special education practices and early childhood development
