Sales & Client Relations Intern
Location: Weston, MA
Ideal for: Junior or Senior undergraduate students

Overview
Join Pure Solutions as a Sales & Client Relations Intern and gain real-world experience in both inside and in‑field sales. You’ll support our sales functions, contribute to client retention, and learn directly from experienced team members. This position offers meaningful responsibilities and opportunities to develop customer-facing and sales skills in a growing company.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in prospecting and outreach through outbound calls to introduce services to prospective clients
  • Conduct in-person consultations at client properties— shadowing or leading conversations to diagnose needs and suggest solutions
  • Support client relationship efforts by conducting courtesy calls to existing clients to ensure satisfaction and open conversation for additional services
  • Re-engage previous leads and follow up on interest to move conversations forward
  • Log and manage client data in HubSpot CRM and support maintaining an organized pipeline
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and learn from sales and marketing strategy discussions

Who You Are

  • A clear and confident speaker—whether on the phone or in person
  • Motivated, coachable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn by doing
  • Comfortable engaging prospects and handling objections with professionalism
  • Someone who can work independently but values team collaboration
  • Background in customer service, sales, or outreach is a plus—but attitude and willingness to learn count even more
