- Gain hands-on exposure to consulting projects in Commercial Strategy, Forecasting, Competitive Intelligence, and Advanced Analytics.
- Work alongside seasoned consultants on client-facing deliverables that directly influence BioPharma business decisions.
- Develop technical, business, and leadership skills through structured training, capstone projects, and cross-functional collaboration.
- High-performing interns will be considered for full-time roles upon successful completion of the program.
Key Responsibilities
- Structured classroom training in:
- Advanced Excel for data analysis
- PowerPoint for impactful presentations
- SQL & Python for analytics
- Market assessment frameworks in life sciences
- Capstone projects simulating real consulting engagements
- Conduct research and analyse industry/competitor data to generate actionable insights
- Assist in preparing client deliverables (reports, dashboards, and presentations)
- Participate in cross-functional projects across multiple consulting areas
- Support problem-solving workshops and structured business case development
- Collaborate with consultants on applied AI projects across business functions

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- A self-starter mindset, eager to learn and contribute from day one
