Community Engagement Intern

About the Role
This internship focuses on community awareness and outreach. You’ll introduce TutorABC’s free English and Chinese trial programs to nonprofits, cultural associations, and small businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with student groups, nonprofits, associations, and small business owners
  • Share free resources (informational materials)
  • Collect feedback and insights from the community

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Interest in community service or education
  • Reliable and professional

    Time Commitment
    Students are expected to complete at least 2 outreach activities per week (for example, sharing materials with a student group, nonprofit, or small business). Students are encouraged, but not required, to complete additional activities beyond this minimum, depending on their availability.

Compensation
$50 – $200 / month stipend (based on participation and project completion). All participants also receive free access to TutorABC language trial opportunities.

Compensation: $50 per week, issued weekly (not a lump sum).

Location: Tampa, FL (Remote – United States). Students complete outreach in their own local communities.
