Becoming a Credit Counselor. No Experience is needed. ACCC offers you PAID comprehensive Credit Counseling Training, which is 8-12 weeks. ACCC also pays for your National Certification. Not only do you get your base pay, but you will quickly be eligible for other financial incentives.
Once you are fully trained you can make your own schedule with weekend hours available. Availability for OT after 40 hours.
This fulfilling role includes speaking to people all over the country who are in a financial crisis or have financial, credit or debt issues. Helping them get a really clear view of their situation and helping them to achieve best possible results. Offering compassionate counseling, budgeting solutions, helping them find outside resources if needed and offering a tailored debt management program that will have the most successful outcome for them.
Our Coaches and Trainers will provide you with everything you need for success. They will help you develop your current strengths and continuously offer new and interesting skills to really make an impact for our clients, for your professional development and to help our company continue to thrive. Do you have a minimum of 1 year of communicating on phones? You will need basic knowledge of excel, basic math skills, ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, correspondence for clients; demonstrate telephone etiquette, time management, and attention to detail; ability to interact and work in a team environment;
